Return & Refund Policy
At Nacre Cosmetics, each order is prepared with care. Because our products are cosmetics and are made, prepared, or fulfilled specifically for each customer order, all sales are final once an order has been processed or shipped.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on cosmetic products, including but not limited to lip products, complexion products, blushes, creams, or any item that has been opened, used, tested, or removed from its original packaging.
Final Sale Items
Once your order has shipped, we are unable to offer a refund, return, or exchange unless the product arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including the product type, shade, quantity, shipping address, and contact information.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@nacrecosmetics.com
To help us review your request, please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item
- A clear photo of the packaging
- A short description of the issue
If your request is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation and item availability.
Opened or Used Products
We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been opened, used, swatched, tested, or altered in any way, unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.
Shade Selection
We do our best to display product shades as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, screen settings, undertones, and individual skin tone. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to shade preference or colour mismatch.
Allergies & Skin Reactions
Please review the ingredient list before purchasing. If you have sensitive skin, allergies, or known sensitivities, we recommend performing a patch test before full use.
Nacre Cosmetics is not responsible for allergic reactions, irritation, or sensitivities caused by ingredients that are listed on the product page or packaging. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered production, processing, or shipping, it can no longer be cancelled.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.
